Gas Smell

If you smell the gas inside your premises, please take the following precautionary steps:

Don’t panic
Don’t switch on or off any electrical switches
Don’t light a fire
Don’t use your mobile phone (especially if you are in close proximity)
Do call emergency phone free number 1-800-88-9119 (move far away from your affected premises before making this call)
Do open all doors and windows (allowing the gas to disperse and allow fresh air in)
Do turn off gas appliance valve, and gas valve at gas pipe and gas meter
Do evacuate all occupants from the affected premises
